Monthly Bill Generation
What does this do?
This feature automatically generates monthly billing records for all currently occupied beds. It will create invoices based on each bed's monthly rent and set appropriate due dates.
What will be generated:
- Bills for all occupied beds
- Monthly rent amounts based on bed rates
- Due dates set to end of current month
- Status set to "Pending" for new bills
Important Notes:
- Only occupied beds will have bills generated
- Duplicate bills for the same month won't be created
- Bills will be generated for the current month
- You can run this multiple times safely
